Few people know that during a slide show presentation (meaning when the slide is full screen – not in the editing mode) you can type the slide number and press Enter to navigate to that slide seemlessly.
Of course you need to know your slide numbers. I always print out a cheat sheet of the slide thumbnails that I keep at the podium with me in case this happens.
I can calmly look down, locate the diagram, type the number and press Enter…
